Project title: Social Ecological Transformation and Youth – from ideas to actions

§ 1. Objectives of the project
General objectives
The project will enable and energize female students to learn more about development activities, increase their participation, contribution and success, as well as create a pathway for women’s social empowerment in Vietnam, especially on SET topic.
Project objectives
·      Introduce SET from a Left feminist theories and application in the context development in Vietnam;
·      Strengthen the knowledge of social-ecological transformation and development to help women change their lifestyle;
·      Support female students’ ideas/ research works in the development field;
·      Establish a network of young female students in order to find seeding candidates for new development concepts, to contribute for a better action and lifestyle of Vietnamese young generation.

§ 2. Scope of work
·         Working with the project coordinator to understand the scope and objectives of the project;
·         Attendingmeetingswith website planner and ideas generator to assess specific website needs such as style, color schemes, fonts, etc;
·         Developingelements specified by the solution design, and customize, configure and integrate within specified schedules and budgets;
·         Collaborating with graphic designersand content creators to source additional website components and to create a website layout;
·         Designinguser interfaces elements mainly menus, widgets, tabs, etc;
·         Using sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards for illustration and depiction of designs;
·         Illustrating the functions of the website and develop UI mockups and prototypes;
·         Creating tables, sketches, filters, and images for the website;
·         Supporting monitor and fixing the website when have problems.

§ 3Duration of the activity: June 2022

§ 4 Expected outputs:
·         A well designed and functional website

§ 5 Requirements
· A Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
·         At least 5 years of working experience in the related field;
·         Able to draft accurate, easy to understand, easy to maintain Front End code according to design chart;
·         Experienced in designing website layouts;
·         Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
·         Know how to use other tools such as XD, Figma, Sketch... is an advantage;
·         Have knowledge and experience in UI/UX in product design and construction;
·         Strong communication skills and a team-building spirit;
·         Good time management skills;
·         Strong knowledge of responsive and interactive designs;
·         Strong design thinking skills;
·         Capable of working independently and in a team;

§ 6 Status and miscellaneous
(1)   The Institute of Policy and Managementshall not be responsible for any payment of any kind of insurance for the Contractor. Social welfare contributions shall be borne by the Contractor.
(2)   The Institute of Policy and Management is not liable for any illness/damages incurred by the Contractor during the activity.

§ 7 Application
IPAM would like to invite interested applicants to submit their application following international standards in English language including:
-     CV of the applicant.
-     A financial proposal stating your desired rate per working day (Ref. Annex 1).
