2. Head of the Council of Research and Training: Prof,Dr. Vu Cao Dam

Prof,Dr. Vu Cao Dam is the former director of CEPSta, who made a great contribution to the foundation and development of the center, directing the developed way; conducting and deploying internal and external research project for cepsta. After upgrading into ipam, Prof, Dr. Vu became Head of the council of researching and training of the institute.
Prof, Dr. Vu graduated in Hanoi University of science and technology in 1961, achieved his doctor degree in Economic mining technology in University of mining, Moscow, former Soviet in 1974. From 1976 to 1994: he worked at Ministry of Science and Technology as the director of the former Science and Technology management institute, now is the Science and Technology policy and strategy institute. Right after that, he worked at Hanoi General University, now is VNU.

3. Lecturer, foreign affair assistant: Nguyen Thi Quynh Anh

Graduated from USSH , Ms. Nguyen held a 1^st class bachelor degree – high – quality class – in Management Science and work at cepsta, now is ipam as a foreign affair assistant since then. She also take part in international cooperation program/project.

4. Scientific Research Assistant, Lecturer: Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh

 Graduated from USSH , Ms. Nguyen held a 1^st class bachelor degree – high – quality class – in Management Science and now take part in Science and Technology management master course. She worked as a collaborator for cepsta since 2011 and now in charge of domestic program/project. .

5. Office manager assistant: Tran Thi Bich Phuong

Ms. Tran graduated from Hanoi University of Science and now pursuing her 2^nd BA degree in Accounting at Foreign trade University and master degree in Science and Technology management. She has been working for cepsta since 2009 as an accountant for some projects and office – admin manager assistant.

6. Admin, accountant: Pham Minh Thuy
Ms. Pham had her 1^st BA degree in University of labour and social affair, major on Accounting. She is IPam’s accountant and admin assistant.

7. Administrative Assistant: Vu Huyen Trang
Ms. Vu graduated from Banking Academy of Vietnam. She is now working as administrative assistant in IPAM and takes part in international programs/projects of IPAM.
















8. Researcher: Tran Tien Anh

Mr. Tran Tien Anh graduated with a bachelor's degree with high honor in science and technology management from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (2016). Currently, Mr. Tien Anh is working as a research assistant and event organizer at IPAM. He also manages IPAM's website. He has master's degree in science and technology management at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

 

 9. Researcher: Nguyen Thu Trang

Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (2015). Ms. Nguyen is working as a research assistant and event organizer at IPAM. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD's degree in sociology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
