Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Institute of Policy and Management is the first research institute established at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) with nearly 20 years of development from a research program to a research center, and now a key research institute of VNU.

The Institute acts as a think tank in the field of policy and management in Vietnam, connecting and initiating the spirit of adaptive innovation in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution via research, training, and strategic consulting. Throughout the formation and development process, the motto "Think tank - Perception - Innovation" has always been our top priority and considered the fundamental values that make the difference of IPAM.

On behalf of the Institute of Policy and Management's Board of Directors, we would like to express our thanks and gratitude to all individuals and organizations - domestic and foreign partners - who have supported and contributed to the development of IPAM throughout the years.
