Research: Agriculture production in Vietnam and Southeast Asian countries in the context of Covid-19 and climate change

IPAM would like to invite interested consultant to submit their application following international standards in English language including:
·         Short research plan to propose how the consultant is planning to conduct the research (1-2 pages).
·         CV of consultant (include the list of publications).
·         A financial proposal stating your desired rate per working day (Ref. Annex 1).
