On October 26th 2016, the Institute for Policy and Management (IPAM) – USSH signed contracts with the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) to implement the state-level project: “Management Policy on Social Mobility of High-Quality Human Resources in Science and Technology of Vietnam in the Context of International Integration (Code: KX01.01/16-20), conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dao Thanh Truong in the 2016 – 2018 period. This is the first project under the framework of the state-level key science and technology program in the 2016–2020 period titled: "Research on the Key Issues in Social Sciences and Humanities to Serve the Socio-Economic Development" to be signed..jpg)
On September 14th, the working group lead by Prof. Nguyen Van Khanh, Director of IPAM had a study visit to Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia (RILCA), Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. This activity is under the framework of the state-level project: “Evaluation of results and proposal of solutions to enhance the implementation of Decree 115/2005/ND-CP on the autonomy and self-responsibility of public science and technology institutes” (hereby referred to as Project 115), managed by project manager – Assoc. Prof. Vu Cao Dam.
Để tiếp tục đẩy mạnh quan hệ hợp tác giữa Nhà trường và ĐHQGHN với tỉnh Điện Biên trong lĩnh vực khoa học chính sách và quản lý, triển khai các hoạt động của Dự án Chính sách, từ ngày 27/9 – 1/10/2016, Trường ĐHKHXH&NV cùng cơ quan Tỉnh ủy tổ chức lớp bồi dưỡng về Kỹ năng thẩm định và đánh giá chính sách cho các cán bộ làm chính sách của tỉnh. Với mục tiêu, cung cấp các kiến thức về đánh giá và thẩm định chính sách, đánh giá cơ sở pháp lý của chính sách, phương thức áp dụng một số công cụ để đánh giá chính sách. Đồng thời học viên cũng được trau dồi thêm về kỹ năng phản biện, trao đổi về kinh nghiệm đánh giá và thẩm định chính sách với địa phương với các chuyên gia tham gia giảng dạy trong khóa tập huấn.
